“Regional Sales Manager” Sumatra Based in Medan (FMCG
Manufacturing Industry)
Principal Accountabilities:
§ Managing the overall sales operation of his respected
region- from Aceh Darussalam, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Batam,
which includes the development of effective sales infrastructure, the
appointment of Sub-Distributors, management of sales-force and
distributors activities, improvement of sales coverage and distribution
points in order to ensure the achievement of yearly sales target.
§ To manage sales and distribution of the assigned region for
both traditional and modern market, to achieve optimum distribution and
profitable sales by developing and implementing sales and distribution
strategies through his team of dedicated sales force and distributors.
§ Accountable for the sales performance of his region against
agreed budget. Accountable for multiple Distributors / Sub-Distributors
and managing an extensive team of Distributors Salesmen who exclusively
selling our client’s products.
Qualification & Requirements:
§ Indonesian, Male 35- 40, At Least S-1 Degree in Business/
Management / Marketing, Economics, or other Social Sciences, 10-12 years
working experience Multinational FMCG Manufacturing Industries.
§ Currently is holding Regional Sales Manager’s position
for Sumatra. Solid exposures in general trade / traditional channels of
fast moving consumer goods manufacturing industries.
§ Energetic & creative individual who will keep high standard
of work performance for self- as well as his team. Strong leadership
skills, empower all subordinates & team members & associates.
§ Enjoys & seek new challenges and feel motivated & satisfied
when overcoming tough & difficult challenges.
§ Able to give direction to the team & manage multi-task /
responsibilities. Broad appreciation and understanding of the changes
of trade dynamics and trends in fast moving consumer goods industry.
Other profile:
§ Strong analytical, numerical skills.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English.
§ Hands on experience, resourceful, achieve results through
teamwork.
§ Pragmatic, and ability to “think outside the box”
§ Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and
demanding environment.
§ Strong will to initiate changes, capable of handling
multiple tasks & programs.
§ Experienced and able to operate MS –Office (Word,
Excel, power point applications).
